Fast Dry Punching Oils

Stamping (also known as pressing) includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes, such as punching using a machine press or stamping, blanking, embossing, bending, flanging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where every stroke of the press produces the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur through a series of stages. By choosing the right lubricant, manufacturers can protect the tool and die surface from scratching or galling as well as minimizing and preventing surface abrasions.

METAL QUEST PX & PS SERIES is a forging lubricant that is suitable for all metals, especially for yellow metals that are sensitive to staining. Due to its favorable viscosity, product is highly suitable for difficult forming operations. Product is easily biodegradable and shows good skin compatibility compared with other forming lubricants. Shows good performance in minimizing unwanted metal deformation.
